Bishop James Brewer Senior Pastor Bishop Brewer has been pastor over MPC in Camden for 33 years. A native New Yorker, Bishop received his call to the ministry at 15, and has since presided over a multi- cultural congregation. His experience with the Hispanic community elevated him to Suffragan Bishop over the Caribbean, where he actively ministers in Barbados and Puerto Rico. Stateside, Bishop walks as a Father to the members of MPC	Chris Phillips Youth Pastor Christopher Phillips has been a member of Morningstar Pentecostal Church since 1991. He is the loving husband of Youth Pastor Daphne Phillips and a father of four. Answering the call for ministry, he was trained under the leadership of the Honorable Bishop James C Brewer and Elder Dean Carter. He became one of the ministry leaders in the MPC Elisha Group and he has also graduated from the NJDC District Council GT Haywood Institute.	Daphne Phillips Youth Pastor Daphne Phillips has served as lead Administrator and Pastoral Assistant, Christian Education department head, youth praise team coordinator in addition to her role as an Elisha Group Minister. Today she continues to faithfully serve the house of God as a gifted and prophetic teacher, preacher, seer, service management leader and worshipper, birthing the Morningstar Creative Arts Youth Ministries including Flag, Mime and Junior Dance worship teams.
Prophetess Sonia Rodriguez Prophetess Sonia Rodriguez was called to the office of the house Prophetess in 2000. Since then, She has continued to exhort, edify and comfort MPC with revelation from the Lord. Sonia serves as an adjutant, intercessor and alter worker both at MPC and the NJDC. As a psalmist who loves to usher in the presence of God, Sonia released her first Christian CD, The Foundation Blueprint in 2007 and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling.	Evangelist Wilma Carter Evangelist Wilma Carter arrived in 2001 with her husband and was appointed by Bishop Brewer as the first MPC Sisterhood President. She transformed the praise and worship team and established intercessory prayer nights and monthly leadership prayer. Although a Dallas Cowboys fan, MPC has come to love and respect Sister Carter as a true Jersey transplant, breaking ground with the “Rated-R” teen girls ministry. She serves as Chief Intercessor of MPC.	Deacon Rolanzo Kinniebrew Deacon Rolanzo Kinniebrew is a lifelong member of MPC, predating even Bishop Brewer’s arrival! For more than two decades Deacon Rolanzo helped shift MPC from traditional Sunday School to applicable and relevant Christian Education. He is passionate about fellowship and organizes all of MPC’s church vacations to Florida, many of the Christian Education Summer Picnics and Fellowship nights. Rolanzo also functions as the unofficial business world mentor.
Minister Nada Kinniebrew Minister Nada Kinniebrew is the wife of Deacon Kinniebrew and a mother of three who ministers in her own right in the areas of physical and emotional healing, intercession and mentoring. She is an avid fitness instructor and ministers in physical transformation as much as spiritual. Known as the unofficial cheerleader of MPC, Nada has a unique place in Morningstar as the “go-to” person for new members. Nada also serves as the Chief Finance Officer and is the new elected Sisterhood President.	Minister Michelle Scott Minister Michelle Scott has the heart of an evangelist and is the only member of Morningstar to travel across the globe to minister in Africa. An MPC transplant, She hit the ground running being inducted into the Elisha Group, supporting the Sisterhood department and generally being the life of the party. The former actress and bi-lingual (Spanish) mother of three specializes in service management, intercessory prayer, teaching and being a great friend to the lost, lonely and single mothers.	Minister Robertina Kinniebrew Minister Robertina Kinniebrew is the newest member of the Elisha Group ministers. In addition to being the newly elected Sisterhood Vice President, she is an established teacher for Christian Education, a writer,an intercessor and is expanding into evangelism by using her gift for languages to reach the lost. She was the first to venture out and establish weekly visits to the nursing home. Her greatest gift is her ability to minister to the elderly, sick and handicapped with love and respect.
Minister Lauren Pallante Minister Lauren has a deep love for teaching and is an Christian Education and Bible Study Teacher,Praise Team Member.She supports the Administration Staff by scheduling teachers and service leaders.She is also the administrative support for Pastor Carter within MPC and the Aenon/GT Haywood Institute. Additionally, she is gifted in talent assessment and mentors women, and those looking to go higher in the Lord to fulfill their purpose and destiny.She is a cat lover and hockey fan.	Deacon Edgardo Matos A third generation minister and father of three, Deacon Matos serves the house and people of Morningstar with both enthusiasm and humility. Edgardo is a leader in the Brotherhood department, support services and facility management services and leads Tuesday Prayer Service. A true servant, Deacon Matos coordinates transportation for elderly and disabled members on Sunday mornings.	Terrence Phillips Deacon in Training Terrance Phillips is the son of Youth Pastors Daphne and Chris Phillips and is therefore a life-long member. Terrence started playing drums and bass at a young age in the church and is an active member of the MPC Mime Ministry. In addition to serving on the Youth Praise and Worship team, Terrance leads Tuesday Evening Prayer, ushers and in 2015, graduated from the Aenon/G.T. Haywood Bible Institute’s first Deacon Preparation class.
Andre Carroll Deacon in Training Andre Carroll has been a member in good standing at MPC since 2013. Andre is one of the leaders of the Youth Praise and Worship team, a worship leader for the NJDC and serves as Armor Bearer to Bishop Brewer and Elder Carter. In 2015 Andre graduated from Aenon/G.T. Haywood Bible Institutes first Deacon Preparation class. Andre is “looking forward to flourishing in the call on my life by His grace.”	Christopher Phillips Jr. Deacon in Training Christopher Phillips Jr. is also a minister in training. A life-long member of MPC. He is currently active in the MPC Mime Ministry, has completed Ministerial Introduction from Aenon Bible College and is working through a development plan to become a teacher and leader at MPC.
